About the Role:

Our Guildford location is currently seeking passionate & motivated individuals to join their team in reaching collective goals. These positions would be suitable for Early Childhood Professionals with their Diploma in Early Childhood.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working collaboratively with a team of Early Childhood Educators toward collective goals.
  • Facilitating a safe & caring environment for all children.
  • Driving initiatives, curriculum activities, and continuous improvement.
  • Observing and documenting the progress of each child, in line with the EYLF & NQS.
  • Liaising with parents regarding routines, progress and challenges.
  • Assisting with the implementation of programs and experiences to meet the needs of individual children
  • Contributing to the completion of documentation of children's skills and interests that includes a clear cycle of reflective practice
  • Ensuring the physical environment is well maintained
  • Engaging in professional communication with families and caregivers

  • About You:

  • Compassionate, considerate and kind
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education
  • Full Time Availability
  • Current First Aid
  • Current CPR
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Child Protection Certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Must have excellent written and communication skills, desire to work in the childcare industry, alert, observant, active and able to use judgement and initiative, work in a team and willingness to accept responsibility.
