RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify training needs by evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of warehouse operations.
- Translate requirements into training activities that will prepare warehouse employees,
- Delivery operational training to different positions within a distribution centre environment
- Prepare training collateral based on different training delivery methods.
- Ensuring participants are registered and assessed for competency.
- Ensuring all training material is prepared to a consistent standard and stored logically.
- Supporting the delivery of technical training
- Performs other job duties and/or projects to meet business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Certificate IV in Training or above and 2 or more years of experience.
- Experience in a warehouse/logistics environment required.
- Knowledge of warehouse process controls and ability to assess compliance.
- Sound decision-making and organizational skills required.
- Ability to present complex information to individuals, processing a range of skills and experience.
- Proven experience in delivering training in an operational environment preferably within supply chain and logistics.
- Experience in preparing training material including manuals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong and clear communication and time management skills is a must.
