The successful candidate will be working in the Preschool Room, and will have experience working with children between the ages of 3-5.
You will ideally be working towards your ECT, or be willing to work towards this.

- Providing great education and childcare, focusing on the individual needs of the child and imbedding the EYLF and NQS frameworks in practice.
- Collaborating with colleagues to promote children's holistic development and encourage a safe and open environment for expression and learning.
- Fostering strong relationships with children, families, and the community, ensuring open communication and collaboration.
- Carry out observations, assessments, and complete relevant documentation, where required.
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification).
- A good knowledge and understanding of the EYLF, NQF, and relevant legislation and regulations.
- Great communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Passion for early childhood education and care
- Current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain).
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance.
- 1 years experience working as an Early Childhood Educator, or equivalent
- Right to Work in Australia.
