About The Centre
Thrive, North Gosford is a purpose built centre that was established in 1991 and holds an extremely strong reputation in the local community, providing quality care and education.
The long-standing and dedicated team of educators and teachers pride themselves on having meaningful connections with families and strong ties to the community.
The centre has been recently renovated inside and has a wonderfully large and well-shaded outdoor yard perfect for setting up engaging experiences and provocations.

About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an educator with a completed Diploma qualification in early childhood education to join our team full time.
**There is also an opportunity to be Room Leader**
We are looking for someone is driven to contribute to the delivery of high quality education and care for young children.
You will be joining a dedicated and supportive team where your ideas, input and voice is not only heard but welcomed and encouraged!
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Have sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Work in positive collaboration with all members of the team.
- Maintain effective communication with parents/carers.
- Actively contribute to the educational program through conversations, observations, and documentation.

The successful candidate will have:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- A current NSW Employee Working With Children's Check
- Sound and practical working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standard (NQS)
