Key Responsibilities:

• Planning, implementing and evaluating programs through your strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS);
• Leading a team of educators ensuring the highest quality of care is provided for our children across all our rooms;
• Engaging with children through activities and experiences appropriate for age groups and stages of development;
• Motivating and supporting a team of educators to meet our quality principles of curriculum and documentation;
• Building and maintaining a team-oriented approach by being open to different views, receptive to feedback and reflective upon best practice;
• Bringing a friendly, mature and professional approach to everything you do;
• Ensuring your room is safe, welcoming and a space that children, educators and parents want to be in.

About you:

You will be a passionate and nurturing Educator with an ability to inspire others and guide their practices to assist in the delivery of high quality education in an Early Childhood setting. We look for people who align with our values and who are as passionate about exceeding expectations as we are. If you demonstrate outstanding relationship-building and communication skills, coupled with creativity, initiative, and problem-solving abilities, you're the person we're looking for. 

You will also require to have:

• A collaborative and team-oriented approach
• Excellent communication skills 
• An ability to develop strong relationships with children and families
• ACECQA approved qualification
• Current Working with Children's Check
• Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain them
• Current Child Protection Training or willingness to undertake the course

Set on over 5000sqm our philosophy and pedagogy will be brought to life by embracing the outdoor space and immersing our children in nature based learning.
