Your Essential Requirements and Key Responsibilities:
🎓 To be considered for this position, you must hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or be working towards a Diploma qualification or an ACECQA approved equivalent qualification.
👩👧👦 You should possess a Current Working with Children Check NSW, along with First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates.
💡 Your passion for Early Years learning and development should shine through, aligned with Tillys' values of professionalism, high-quality care, inclusive and supportive relationships, unique learning environments, and play-based learning.
📚 Knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) is essential.
💬 Excellent written and verbal communication skills are expected to maintain a high professional standard.
