About the Role:
As a Diploma Qualified Room Leader at our centre, you will actively supervise all children, ensuring correct ratios are maintained. Your role includes assisting educators in documenting and supporting children in reaching their milestones. Your focus will be on creating a safe and stimulating physical environment where both staff and children are protected from hazards or harm.
What We Look For:
- ACECQA approved Diploma (or working towards Diploma).
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Strong Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Permanent Resident or Citizen.
- Effective communication skills and a warm personality.
- National Police Check (valid within the past 6 months).
