Bright Horizons Australia Childcare Tintenbar is seeking a dedicated Diploma Qualified Educator with a commitment to providing excellence in care, to join our Toddlers room as a Lead Educator.
The successful applicant will possess a passion for high quality care and education and preferably be available Monday to Friday. Our service operates 7:30am-6:00pm, is licensed for 56 places, and cares for children from 6 weeks to school age.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Nurturing, educating and caring for our toddlers as a Lead Educator
- Planning and implementing exciting and stimulating activities and learning opportunities for the children
- Daily communication with parents and other team members
- Working in a fun, welcoming team in a modern and bright centre
- Getting out and interacting with the local community as a part of our Out and About excursion program

What Will You Need To Have?
Successful applicant must have:
- Minimum diploma qualification (a must have)
- A passion for providing high-quality, early childhood care and education
- Enthusiasm and drive to succeed in providing interesting and inviting learning spaces
- Current Working With Children's Check
- Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Motivation, initiative and willingness to be a valued team player
- An enthusiastic approach to working with children, families and the team of Educators at the service.
