We are a small centre, not a chain, with committed and experienced team of educators. We lay foundations for children to grow into confident learners and capable people. We strive to ensure children feel safe, understood and heard. We also offer professional development for our educators to grow their portfolio of skills in education and child development.
Qualifications & experience
- Diploma in Early Education and Care
- Ideally you will have at least one year of experience. More experienced candidates will be highly regarded.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of the daily program for the children in your classroom
- Identify children’s interest and use these to inform the program, then to critically reflect on the program and use these reflections to drive improvement
- Document the learning of individual children for program planning purposes and to monitor their progress against learning outcomes while reflecting the Early Years Learning Framework
