- Create, review, edit, refresh and repurpose marketing assets in line with brand and product updates, campaign testing and UX insights, ensuring designs are accessibility compliant, adhere to brand guidelines and are fit for purpose across channel and platforms.
- Be the subject matter expert and central point of contact for creation of marketing HTML assets, providing expertise and advice regarding template structures, content layouts and style formats.
- Build campaign assets within the Adobe Campaign, AEM environment, Salesforce Marketing Cloud for the delivery of 1:1 communications.
- Working in collaboration with 1:1 Marketing teams, Customer and Insights, Digital CoE and Group Behavioural Economics teams, identify opportunities to uplift customer communication experience and engagement.
- Research and stay abreast of UX and UCD development trends, and inform the business of their applicability to 1:1 marketing communications channels.
- Significant experience in customer relationship management, one to one marketing and CRM EDM development and experience with Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar MarTech campaign automation platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and apply UX and UCD principles to deliver EDM template design to achieve campaign objectives.
- Ability to deliver code enhancements through writing Java script, XML and HMTL codes.
- Ability to partner and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders, demonstrating the ability to build strong professional relationships, to co-create and influence outcomes.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing Communications or equivalent.
