THE MISSION
- Lead the Direct Sales team to acquire new customers and drive business growth by developing and implementing strategic sales plans.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision makers in target companies to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer acquisition and satisfaction.
- Utilize data analytics to optimize sales processes and stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide regular reports to the Business Manager on sales performance and market insights, while mentoring and coaching team members for professional development.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.
ABOUT YOU
- Business degree or equivalent
- English proficient
- Strong negotiation skills
- At least 5 years if relevant experience
- Previous experience in ERP Sales is preferred
