What this opportunity involves:
As the Workplace Services Lead, you will be instrumental in driving our vision of “Creating inspirational, sustainable workplace experiences for our people and communities”. Design, communicate and deliver integrated, innovative and differentiated workplace solutions for our client.
You will be a visible and influential leader who is accountable for outstanding facilities and service delivery, as well as HSSE, client and customer interaction, and workplace modernisation as well as managing site-based teams.
An Overview of the role:
Work with APAC Account Lead, client and key stakeholders in defining workplace strategies to support key concepts
Develop and manage budgets in conjunction with APAC Account Director, Finance Director and site leads
Be a change champion in reducing the carbon footprint through energy efficiency and the adoption of renewable energies to achieve the target of net zero by 2030
Develop and lead a high performing team
Oversee Site Managers and Subject Matter Experts work streams to support the delivery teams across the region
Ensure consistent reporting and coordination regionally, using data to drive strategic decisions
Manage the sub-regional FM delivery, ensuring standards are maintained and act as a point of contact
Build and maintain strong client relationships, aligning goals and promoting 360 feedback
Compliance and risk management delivery

Experienced in a senior account leadership role and have been responsible for complex account structures and is looking to take the next step
Ability to influence, partner and operate strategically within a client relationship
Energy and drive to develop a superior customer experience
Understanding of current industry technology with a focus on future enhancements
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Commercially and financially astute
Proven leadership skills, inspiring, guiding and coaching team members and developing performance
Confident in making difficult decisions within a complex environment
Track record in generating growth and development
