The Opportunity
The Kindergarten Director is a senior leader of the team, responsible for managing the daily operations of the kindergarten and ensuring exceptional pedagogy and professional practice. The Kindergarten Director is also responsible for delivering an Exceeding 3YO program.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing "Exceeding" kindergarten services, and maintaining the level of quality, care and education for their community.
The Candidate
You will be a Bachelor qualified Early Years professional, with Full VIT registration, OR diploma qualified with previous experience in a leadership position who possess strong knowledge and understanding of EYLF and NQS.
We are looking for a natural leader with strong work ethic. A candidate who values Education, well-being, respect and integrity.
