Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and influencing a diverse multidisciplinary group to manage and deliver Digital Health projects and programs within CAHS and across the broader WA health system.

  • Planning and allocating resources required for program and project management, within budget, scope and timelines.
  • Monitoring and managing program-level risks and mitigation actions to safeguard delivery of outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader, familiar with navigating complex organisational structures, and have extensive experience in Digital Health or healthcare program delivery. Prior experience delivering an EMR, or delivery of large scale health systems, will be of benefit. Additionally, you will have a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies and human-centered design principles.

If you're ready to make a meaningful impact in paediatric healthcare and drive positive change, we want to hear from you. Join us in our mission to enhance patient care and improve outcomes for our community.
