We are looking for someone to join our Project and Development Services (PDS) business. The role is about implementing and delivering measurable change that will enable our people to be more productive, reduce risk, strengthen governance, compliance and access insights.
As PDS Digital Operations Lead for our Governance platforms, you will be responsible for digitizing and managing our sales enablement and governance platforms to support our Asia Pacific business. This initiative will be driven under our Regional Operations digital program of works and report to the Head of Digital Operations for PDS Asia Pacific.
Location: Australia or Singapore preferred
Responsibilities:
Represent the interest of our business by supporting the development, adoption and evolution of our sales enablement and financial governance platforms.
Manage relationship with key PDS stakeholders, finance and IT business partners across APAC region
Develop the product roadmap to evolve our platforms as our business grows and evolves
Analysis of existing business processes and workflows, optimize process and workflows for implementation of program's deliverables
Primary business contact for platform, serve as escalation point for unresolved issues.
Develop PDS regional specific training content and conduct training with champions and end users
Engage PDS leadership and technology champions to advocate and promote the change to move towards a common vision around process digitization and platform adoption
Monitor and drive platform adoption together with regional PDS stakeholders to ensure we are getting the value from our technology
Experience
Bachelor's degree required
7+ years' experience in implementing CRM or ERP solutions
Business Operations and Change management experience preferred
Stakeholder management experience essential
Experience working across Asia Pacific region preferred
Passionate about technology, can sell the benefits of solution
Strong customer focus with a demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes
Skills:
