Clerk Grade 3/4 - Salary $79,032 - $86,539 pa, plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
What you’ll do
Courts, Tribunals and Service Delivery support the NSW community by providing access to justice services, through the protection of rights and public safety initiatives.
Located in the local court, the Senior Client Service Officer provides complex administrative services to meet statutory obligations and delivers high quality and professional services to clients. The role supervises staff and provides ‘hands-on’ training and guidance.
The role supervises a small team and effectively allocate resources to meet the Department’s requirements. The role may be required to perform some quasi-judicial and procedural functions.
What we’re looking for
- Circuit and relieving staff are required to possess a current Australian Drivers Licence and be willing to travel, this will including overnight stays.
- Ability to meet the demands of a high pressured and fast paced work environment
- Ability to react quickly to changing situations and make important decisions utilising strong problem-solving skills
- Experience managing, developing and motivating a team
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge and demonstrated ability to apply relevant court policies/procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Great time management and organisation
- High quality customer service skills with a professional and ethical manner
- Efficient in technology
