Purpose Of The Role
As the Enterprise Solutions and Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the delivery of enterprise business systems, data and integration systems, and information management. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, Information and Technology, you will provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure our IT systems and platforms align with our department's vision and strategy. Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing centralised, enterprise-level technology service delivery.
- Driving effective solution delivery and implementing an enterprise solutions roadmap.
- Providing strategic advice to senior executives on optimising the enterprise application portfolio.
- Defining and maintaining high-level domain architecture frameworks.
- Identifying and mitigating risks related to enterprise applications.
- Researching and analysing emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- Developing and reporting on application-related metrics and KPIs.
- Managing human, financial, and physical resources effectively.
- Degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing enterprise project delivery and stakeholder management.
- Strong knowledge of application and SaaS domain high-level architecture.
- Relevant certifications in ITIL, TOGAF, UCD, or Prince2Agile.
