Coca-Cola is recruiting a Director - Digital Craft, Platform Strategy & Product Design to join its Integrated Marketing Experience (IMX) Digital team covering ASEAN & South Pacific region, on a permanent basis.

This role is responsible for defining and delivering how we leverage owned digital platforms to achieve our growth ambitions. This includes helping multi-functional teams to define and deliver the best consumer experience on the platforms as well an ensuring operational excellence in their development. The role will also own the owned digital product roadmap within the region, working with the Global product teams to ensure the Operating Units requirements are delivered on time and in line with our marketing activation plans.

This role needs to collaborate with cross-functional teams including category and country marketing teams, global marketing specialists and agency partners. The role will also work with other internal and external development teams, to manage digital product build and delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the owned digital platforms strategy aligned with business goals and industry trends. Define the owned platforms product roadmap, prioritize features, define UX/UI strategy, and set the KPIs to measure success and guide product development efforts.
  • Conduct user, consumer and competitive research and analysis to understand user preferences, behaviors, and industry trends to translate them into upgrades and new components that should serve our portfolio of brands.
  • Work closely with various departments to understand their digital platform needs and challenges and develop solutions to address them. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of the owned digital platforms and processes.
  • Manage the digital platforms and operations budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for projects, and providing financial oversight to ensure projects are executed within budget. Establish OKRs and metrics to assess the effectiveness of the owned digital platforms effort.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of the owned digital platforms products roadmap.
  • Effectively communicate the owned digital platforms vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for owned digital platform initiatives.
  • Continuously analyze consumer and performance data and market insights to identify opportunities for digital platforms improvement.

Requirements:

  • Passion for consumer-centered digital Product Design and a desire to advocate for the best consumer experience.
  • Minimum of 8-12 years proven experience as a Digital Transformation, Business Product Lead or Digital Operation Lead or similar leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, coordinate dependencies and manage risks in complex environments.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable digital strategies.
  • Deep understanding of user experience design, digital technologies, data analytics, and their applications in business growth and operational contexts.
  • Experience working with both waterfall and Agile methodologies, product management frameworks, and cross-functional teams. Certified ScrumMaster or equivalent Agile certification is highly desirable; knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in software development tools such as Jira, ADO, and design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite. Solid understanding of data analytics and consumer research to drive data-informed design decisions and measure business impact.
