About the role
Reporting to the Group Director of Property and Infrastructure, the Director Infrastructure will coordinate infrastructure services across Epworth's entire property portfolio. These services include facilities, biomedical, property (including lease management), car parking, security fleet and operational planning. Working closely with the senior leadership team, the Director Infrastructure will ensure accountability and efficient operations to support the delivery of hospital and related services. Additionally, the Director Infrastructure will work closely with the executive to develop and implement Epworth's infrastructure future state design, and provide expert advice to senior executives on all infrastructure-related matters.
About you
Tertiary qualified in health, property, construction, or a related field, you have demonstrated senior experience leading and managing high-performing teams within highly dynamic and complex operating environments. With demonstrated success in planning, managing, and delivering concurrent programs of work and service delivery within a client-side environment, you are a natural influencer with the ability to gain buy-in and support from a diverse range of stakeholders. An authentic and inspiring leader, you are ready to leverage your superior commercial capabilities and customer-centric ethos to join an industry leader as they embark on an exciting period of growth and change.
