About the Role
The Director, Major Projects and Housing Initiatives plays a critical role in leading the delivery of complex housing Projects and initiatives.
The position is responsible for providing strong and positive leadership across the organisation and to the staff within Major Projects and Housing Initiatives.
The role will be responsible for the delivery of a portfolio of multi-level residential projects.
The Director is a member of the Property Services leadership team and actively participates in planning, strategic development and problem solving across all areas of the business and contributes particular subject matter expertise relating to housing Projects and initiatives.

Requirements
Essential - Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field e.g. business management, property, project management or similar.

Special Conditions
- Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed.

- Some intra-interstate travel may be required.
- Some out of hours work may be required.
