Our client is a leading specialist in HealthTech that has been disrupting the industry with its next gen analytics solutions.
We are currently on the lookout for an exceptional sales leader to join their global team as the Director of Business Development / Head of Sales.
As part of the leadership team and reporting to the CEO, you will closely work with various functions mainly Operations, Customer Success, Product and Engineering to implement and deliver a seamless customer journey from initial enquiry to contract close.
- We are looking to speak to experienced SaaS Sales Leaders with experience of implementing sales process, and building and growing a sales function within a similar business / industry.
- You will be an expert Sales Implementor that will develop new business opportunities, deliver new revenue and pipeline activity targets, provide detailed sales forecasting and continuously develop new approaches to engage with the target market.
- As Director of Business Development, you will also own all CRM processes and maintain an organized and up-to-date sales collateral pack to minimize documentation delays during the customer journey.
You will have extensive experience of long sales cycles and deal values excess of $1m - therefore excellent client nurturing experience
- You have extensive experience as a sales leader with skills in implementing sales processes as well as educating stakeholders on sales processes, demand generation and lead generation strategies.
- You are a strong communicator, organized and agile and you thrive in a start-up environment
- You have strong SaaS sales experience and have a track record of implementing sales process, leading teams and closing large deals with government and healthcare clients
