The Candidate

Being a professionally qualified enthusiastic accountant, you will already have 15 + years of Business Services / tax advisory experience in reputable Brisbane accounting firms and are knocking on the door of partnership. If your progression is being slowed and you feel that you have the ability not only to do the work and help supervise a small team but bring in clients this is the ideal opportunity to step up to ownership in the short to medium term. If you are a Director or Partner in a firm who has an existing portfolio of client fees to merge into this firm that is also an option for the Partners.

The Role

Working alongside the existing partners, you will assist in managing a pro-active, stable, professional team and provide your clients with all of their compliance and advisory requirements. As a Director you will walk onto a client portfolio of $1 Million + in fees as one of the Partners is looking after $3 million in fees and needs to push them to a new Director to develop, own and become a Partner.

Our client is a highly regarded 2nd Tier firm. They service an impressive array of corporate and privately held clients across a broad range of industry sectors. With 1 partner looking after $3 million in fees and needing to push $1 million to $1.5 million to a new Director this is an excellent opportunity to secure equity in an established, dynamic and progressive firm.
