DIRECTOR OF FOOD & BEVERAGE

$130k to $140k

A vogue stylish hotel comprising of 200 plus deluxe rooms and suits.

With about Four + F&B outlets. Coupled with offering very popular function and events. Well-known for product launches

For this position we do require a current experienced Director of F&B to oversee F&B operations within the organization.

A hotel, which apart from some trendy restaurant and bar outlets also has impressive banqueting and event operations. 

• The DOFB will have direct responsibility for all F&B staff within this busy hotel and of course the overall F&B operations. 
• Be responsible for P&L and about 100 staff including 2 operational managers and an Executive chef. 
• Plus include responsibility for adjustments to market positioning, any concept development, budget preparation, Labour needs analysis and benchmarking AND responsible for customer service standards, product delivery and profitability over multiple outlets.
• Financial Reporting- overall budget preparation KPI reporting and analysis, revenue and expense forecasting.
