Director Of Food & Beverage (Luxury)

The role:

Oversee a diverse range of hospitality operations, including a hatted restaurant, cocktail bar, premium casual restaurant, 24-hour room service and multiple private dining rooms and boardrooms. They will also be involved in the development of new function spaces, including a rooftop bar.

The Successful Candidate:

Seeking a candidate with dynamic, blended experience from premium restaurants to a luxury hotel background.  Would consider General Managers with experience from top-tier Sydney Hospitality Groups.  Must have a thorough understanding of service standards and how to deliver a polished experience.
