They are currently seeking a talented Director of Food & Beverageto lead their successful team to ensure all outlets and operate successfully, in accordance with the establishment’s unique vibe.

THE ROLE

• Oversee all aspects of Food and beverage operations, ensuring quality and profitability across multiple outlets
• Motivate a highly successful team, promoting a culture of exceptional service
• Formulate F&B marketing plans to increase revenue and improve guest experiences
• Responsible for monthly costs, inventory, and daily operating expenses
• Timely and accurate reporting of financial information to the General Manager
