Essentia CriteriaApplicants must be registered or eligible for registration as Nurse/Nurse-Midwife with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding or eligible for a current practicing certificate with:

• five years post-registration experience;
• qualifications or extensive, recent senior management experience in finance;
• experience in implementing new systems and significant change introduction;
• possesses substantial senior management experience, including personnel, finance, strategic planning, and leadership;
• Demonstrated expertise in innovative service delivery and driving workplace change for agreed outcomes.
