About the role
- The Director of Operations for the Heart Lung Program, The Prince Charles Hospital (TPCH), has service delivery accountability, responsibility and function within TPCH and an indirect relationship within the Heart Lung and Clinical Stream functions across Metro North. The position holds a key executive leadership role in TPCH and functions as the single point of accountability for the Program.
- Providing leadership and management in the delivery of efficient, safe and quality care within the Heart Lung Program, this position holds the responsibility for the delivery of services, which encompasses Cardiology and Thoracic Medicine.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in planning and strategy and delivery of services, including service redesign, innovation and adoption of new technology.
