Reporting to the General Manager, you will be decisive, innovative and a dynamic leader. You will be responsible for further growing and maintaining the market position of Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage strong relationships with HOD's, corporate accounts and travel agents.
- As a strong leader, you will be empowered to deliver the brand and continued success of the hotel across all market segments.
- Set and review sales strategy for business development
- Work collaboratively with the Director of Revenue to ensure ongoing research and analysis of product, price, and performance metrics to drive above market performance through identification of opportunities.
- Put a key focus on conferencing and F&B departments to help maximize hotel revenue potential.
- Active participation in budgeting, forecasting, sales presentations and client meetings.
- Driving sales for MICE, corporate, group and leisure markets to achieve the hotels budget performance.
