Are you a dynamic and visionary leader ready to create a unique Sales and Marketing strategy for a hotel transitioning to new branding. We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Marketing leader with a proven commercial track record in the hotel industry.
Your job…
As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will spearhead our Sales and Marketing efforts, driving revenue growth and brand recognition for our independent hotel. Your strategic mindset and innovative approach will shape the future of our Sales and Marketing initiatives. Along with all the creative stuff you will be responsible for rate strategy, budgets, forecasting, analysing market trends and action plans. You will be responsible to the General Manager but will have great scope to shape all aspects of the Sales and Marketing activities. Creativity welcomed!

- Experience in all aspects of Sales and Marketing including website, branding, digital marketing, CRM, yield management, sales plans, data management and analytics.

- A local focus with a preference to employ a local Leadership Team (where possible) but open to our DOSM being based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne working remotely.
