Located opposite King George Square, City Hall and ideally situated in the heart of Brisbane CBD the hotel has some of the largest conference spaces in Brisbane, accommodating up to 1000 people.
Job DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for a Director of Talent & Culture to join our Hotel Executive team. Reporting to the Hotel General Manager for Capitaland Hotels, you will lead all aspects of the Talent & Culture function and Employee Lifecycle. Make this unique role your own as you partner with the business to drive success and foster a positive work environment by caring and placing people at the heart of everything we do.

Qualifications- The ability to build human connections and turn difficult conversations around to have positive outcomes
- Self-motivated by your own purpose
- Managerial or Business Partner experience in HR required
- Ability to prioritise and thrive working at a fast pace with a sound understanding of employment relations and Fairwork
- Creative problem solver with outstanding engagement skills and a modern approach to leadership and HR issues
- A proactive can-do attitude with initiative and desire to grow and develop yourself and others
- Degree qualified in HR or a relevant discipline advantageous
