You will lead a team and oversee the strategy, planning, business analytic and program functions, directing DDH frameworks to ensure operational integration, execution, evaluation and alignment with state and federal approaches. You will have compassionate leadership skills and a demonstrated achievement in leading and managing teams. You will communicate the vision of Darling Downs Health with a sense of purpose, supporting and strategically guiding the teams to achieve outstanding results. You will communicate skilfully, negotiating respectfully, building strategic and mutually beneficial relationships.
