Recognized as an experienced individual, the Program Director is a key contributor in the execution of large program deliveries. The Program Director is also expected to support occasionally business development and sales activities but his prime responsibility is to be a leader of the delivery of strategic solutions and services.
The Program Director owns the responsibility of the delivery of the program as per the delivery tasks set and monitored by himself / herself in the Customer Contract, Master Agreement and / or Statement of Work. The Program Director leads the program implementation, operational planning, establishment, execution, issue and risk management, and evaluation of complex and cross-functional programs while managing the defined budget. This position can lead a matrixed team from 25 – 200 people (or larger) across all areas of CSG’s enterprise.
The role will encompass
1. Mediation subject matter expertise across APAC accounts
2. Mediation pre-sales support (verify estimates etc.)
3. Director Programmes role as per standard CSG JD
4. Programme oversight of Mediation projects (APAC), supporting CDEs (working with)
5. Central point of contact for APAC Mediation portfolio
This job is responsible/accountable for:
Developing and managing program delivery activities and tasks as per the project plan, within the set costs budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure that they remain within budgetary limits.
Incorporates industry best practices, conducts internal and external benchmarking, and establishes standards, key measures, and metrics.
Assisting teams in defining project team tasks, assumptions, deliverables, dependencies, risk management, issue resolution, and escalation when appropriate.
Acting as a key liaison between the business, IT, and operations to insure alignment of business objectives with governed priorities.
Acting as the communications conduit to executive sponsors and program steering committee and conducts periodic briefing/status updates.
Analyzing, evaluating and planning strategies and methods of approach for complex technical and business problems developed through technical and business collaborators.
Organizational change management, defining roles and responsibilities, communications, compliance, solutions adoption and training.
Pre-empting, escalating and resolving program issues to deliver program
Performing personnel assessments, reviewing and delivering feedback to matrixed personnel on efforts
Supporting, organizing and managing standing and ad-hoc committees, teams and initiatives led by CSG Directors and VPs to improve quality, reduce risk, improve customer experience, etc.
Assisting Sales and Account Management in executing sales and account strategies as well as finding new business opportunities.
