Our PwC PrivateBusiness Tax team helps high-profile companies, large privately-owned organisations, innovative start-ups as well as multinational corporations with spectacular results.
We're looking for a leader to take our team to the next level, as well as build and maintain strong client relationships.
Use the know-how you've gained in Tax Consulting and Tax Compliance and your leadership skills to grow our Business Tax Team. With new problems to solve, you'll have plenty of opportunities to create change and move your career to the next level.
We work from anywhere, so your strong communication skills and team leadership abilities will get a workout.
As an expert in Corporate or Private Client Tax, you'll make a real impact. You'll also use your CA, CPA or other accounting, business and legal qualifications in:
- Working with clients across a wide variety of industries including property, agriculture, tech, consumer services and mining through all stages of their business life cycle including growth and succession/exit, developing solutions for the complex problems that arise in each stage
- Working on complex corporate tax compliance and consulting advice, domestic tax issues including consolidation and restructuring advice, international tax matters, and involvement in M&A transactions (including undertaking tax due diligence and acquisition tax structuring)
- Applying practical skills and experience to clients supporting them in making informed decisions, and complying with income tax obligations
- Working collaboratively across the team to to deliver solutions and mentor staff
