We are looking for a motivated, creative and proactive Client Marketing Manager to join our Client Services team. This role is based in the Noosa area, and offers you the opportunity to join a team passionate about providing outstanding quality service and results to clients across the eat, drink, travel sectors.
You will be accountable for building strong client relationships, overseeing creative marketing campaigns, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic and tactical initiatives across a portfolio of clients and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Develop strong, trusted relationships with clients and their teams.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the agency and clients, ensuring effective communication and comprehension of client objectives.
Project Management
- Oversee the coordination of marketing projects, ensuring projects stay on track with timelines and expected outcomes.
- Track campaign results, and adjust strategies based on analytical insights.
- Report and update clients on progress.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the creative and web teams to develop compelling on-brand marketing collateral and campaign creative.
- Collaborate with the extended team to create and deliver exceptional work.
- Deliver clear and concise creative briefs to ensure successful execution.
Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Devise comprehensive marketing strategies that align with client goals.
- Implement and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Flexible:
- Juggle priorities and be comfortable with each day being different.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment - we move fast!
How to Stand Out
To stand out, you have:
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, social media and digital marketing channels and how they complement each other to deliver outcomes.
- Experience in client management or similar role (min 2 years preferable).
- Strong relationship management, organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
- An approachable, down to earth attitude and a sense of fun.
- A strong interest in technology, digital marketing and e-Commerce.
- Have an innovative mentality, keeping up with tech changes, trends, new software etc.
- Experience and passion for the Eat, Drink Travel industries.
- A highly curious nature and genuine passion for learning new things.
- A commitment to being proactive and taking responsibility for being resourceful and achieving outcomes.
