As the second-in-command to the Managing Partner, you will play a crucial role in the Sydney office's strategic growth. A hands-on quantitative practitioner, you will be adept with analytical tools and complex quant analysis (Q). Your expertise will also extend to winning proposals, deepening stakeholder relationships, and strategic storytelling. Clients rely on your ability to think deeply, deliver actionable results, and provide recommendations in a commercially astute and creative manner.

• 8+ years of commercial agency experience in research, insights, or strategy
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and client management skills

• Strong network with a proven track record in business development and team leadership
• Robust quantitative methodological toolkit
