  • Can think independently about the finance needs of regional businesses, and structure them in a common-sense way without the need to rely on a rigid policy framework.
  • Has a deep interest in the broader regional economic environment and how these factors impact businesses.
  • Can demonstrate a history of building strong relationships both with customers directly, local industry bodies and with internal and external business partners more generally.
  • Is passionate about empowering and supporting regional businesses to help regional communities thrive.
  • Supports genuine, personable, and traditional relationship-centric business banking
  • Is a team player with a preference for the group over the individual.
  • Can drive business growth through the delivery of a unique, client-centric proposition to the regional SME market.
  • Can help design and deliver a best practice relationship model for our regional customers.
  • Will thrive in a diverse workforce where you can bring your own capabilities, experiences and knowledge to help build the foundations of Judo.
Desired Skills and ExperienceA little bit about you…The skills you've picked up along the way:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in regional commercial and/or agribusiness banking, credit, or related field
  • Strong credit writing skills
  • Strong financial analysis skills
  • Self-starter and a proven ability to work autonomously and build networks
