The OpportunityThe Director of the
Results Delivery Office plays a crucial role in managing, overseeing, and ensuring the delivery of transformative initiatives across Ramsay Health Care, Australia. This Director sits within the newly formed Transformation Team, responsible for driving Ramsay's transformation agenda. Reporting to the General Manager of Transformation, the role will assist in navigating Ramsay through complex programs of work by providing oversight and assurance, as well as developing new ways of working.

Key ResponsibilitiesYour day-to-day responsibilities will involve, but are not limited to:
- Managing project delivery to meet Ramsay Health Care's strategic plan and transformation agenda, ensuring projects are on budget and schedule, and coordinating governance processes.
- Ensuring delivery of transformation projects not managed internally.
- Leading a high-performing team of specialists and establishing a SWAT team for addressing high risks or complex problems.
- Collaborating with other Transformation team functions for holistic business transformation.
- Implementing new methodologies for executing and sustaining our 'Full Potential Strategy.'
- Shaping and planning the project portfolio.
- Maintaining stakeholder engagement and alignment with business requirements.
About YouAs an advocate of The Ramsay Way - 'People Caring for People,' you demonstrate exceptional skills in cultivating positive relationships with key stakeholders, nurturing talent, assembling high-performance teams, and effectively guiding them through organisational transitions. Furthermore, you possess:
- Over 15 years of experience in a comparable role, overseeing program delivery.
- Proficient in managing programs and multiple projects involving cross-functional teams in complex environments, including remote or offsite teams and external resources.
- Skilled in overseeing third-party relationships and managing programs throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Well-versed in project management tools, practices, and methodologies.
- Demonstrates excellence in coaching, relationship management, communication, and team building.
- Health care industry experience is highly desirable.
