ABOUT THE ROLE
The Director, Strategy and Operations plays a key role in helping the Victorian Multicultural Commission (VMC) promote and support multiculturalism in Victoria.
In close collaboration with the VMC's Chairperson and key executives within DPC's Social Policy and Intergovernmental Relationships Group, you will use your leadership and strategic skills to develop and lead the VMC's Strategy and Operations in line with the VMC Statement of Expectations and other priorities set by the Minister. This includes managing key programs and initiatives and a small team that supports the VMC Chairperson and Commissioners.
