The Director, Procurement & Supply will be responsible for creating a cohesive and trusted business service partnership with internal stakeholders in clinical and shared service areas. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role will oversee the development and drive the execution of the Procurement and Supply Strategy to align with Cabrini’s Clinical, Operational and Group Strategies. Your success in the role will be measured by your ability to communicate and execute the clear roadmap for Procurement & Supply chain within Cabrini Health, delivering exceptional value and service.Key responsibilities include:Developing our category-led approach to manage procurement throughout the entire contract lifecycle.Implement value proposition benefit delivery, e.g. supply chain efficiency improvements, demand management and optimisation programs.Build and develop a cohesive, efficient and effective team which works collaboratively and collectively with its customers across the end-to-end Procurement and Supply chain process.Drive and deliver savings through strategic sourcing, category management plans, optimisation programs or transactional activities.Ensure optimised risk management/commercial outcome in contract negotiations and management.Embed a proactive data-driven approach that educates, informs and drives benefit and savings to its stakeholders.Identify key opportunities and engage with key clinical stakeholders to prioritise and deliver outcomes.About youAlong with your strong end-to-end supply chain experience, including best practice processes and systems knowledge, you will also require the following:Relevant experience in healthcare procurement, supply chain and clinical engagement in acute hospital settingsExperience managing in-house supply services / warehousing.Success in leading large teams in a complex environmentExpert negotiation and sourcing experience with strong understanding of medical goods industryProven adeptness to develop strong and ethical relationships with suppliers, stakeholders and interested parties with ability to negotiate and influence positive outcomes.Demonstrated experience in engagement and change management.Exceptional data analytical, verbal, written and presentation skills.Strong commercial acumen and risk management skillsTo view the position description please clickEnquiries should be directed to: Recruitment Advisor, Arlene Jeffery on 0477 280 238 - (Days of work: Mon/Tue/Thurs/Fri)Working for CabriniCabrini Health is a Catholic, private, for-purpose health service located in Melbourne’s south east.
