This senior client-facing role provides Structured Finance (SF) originating, structuring, and execution of SF transactions for existing and strategic target customers of WIB. You will build innovative financial structures such as securitisation, warehousing facilities, asset backed bonds and bespoke debt structures.
In conjunction with the SF Senior Management group, you will manage, build, and lead the Structured Finance business along with managing a series of key SF client accounts. The role has a focus on client and transaction acquisition, managing existing client activity, optimising revenue growth, and extending the product capability of the SF Group.
You will also:
- Have ownership of, and develop, relationships at senior levels with key market participants such as Banks and other financiers operating in the SF markets.
- Promote the SF business to raise its profile, credibility, and product reach both internally and externally.
- Engage and influence credit, legal, relationship managers and other key stakeholders to successfully execute transactions.
- Develop, mentor, and grow the skill sets of other SF team members.

What do I need?
You will have substantial experience across Structured Finance and/or Corporate Finance transactions deal origination and execution with proven experience in executing sophisticated financing structures (asset-backed finance, securitisation, receivables and inventory-based finance, cross border and leveraged lease transactions). You will be a self-starter with strong written communication skills and the ability to lead from the front and support team members.
Some further advantageous experience would be:
- Good working knowledge of tax, accounting, and regulatory issues related to complex Corporate Finance.
- Qualified in Finance, Accounting, Tax, or related discipline.
- Organisational competency in understanding the principles of ABS Bond distribution.
