We are working with a global organization, known for its expertise in solar energy projects, operates as a partnership, jointly focused on advancing the global transition to low-carbon energy solutions. They are currently seeking an experienced professional to join their team in Sydney as a Director Of Structured Finance.Responsibilities
- Primary contact for project and portfolio financing and strategic asset/portfolio acquisitions/divestments.
- Analyze preferred financing solutions for individual assets/portfolios.
- Support regional development teams in project procurement and contracting strategies to ensure viable solutions, while addressing key deal issues and areas of exposure.
- Assist PPA teams in ensuring competitive and viable project offerings in competitive tender processes.
- Candidate should possess 8-10 years of experience, preferably with a lender/investor active in infrastructure and energy finance or with an IPP/vertically integrated developer.
- Demonstrated ability to work with and challenge key stakeholders across different organizational levels is essential.
- Strong teamwork skills, a proactive problem-solving attitude, and meticulous attention to detail, coupled with excellent organizational abilities.
