Details: The Light Rail Project is seeking a passionate Urban Designer to fill the role of Director, Urban Design.
The successful candidate will report to the Planning and Approvals Manager and will also be expected to work closely with staff and project advisors across Major Projects Canberra, Transport Canberra and City Services, City Renewal Authority, Canberra Metro, the Independent Certifier, Technical Advisor/s and within the ACT Government as necessary.
The Director, Urban Design will have highly developed verbal and written communication skills and be able to support the resolution of Urban Design, landscape and architectural issues within a complex and dynamic work environment.

Eligibility/ Other Requirements: Desirable
- Hold a relevant professional qualification in Urban Design, planning or architecture.
- Have relevant building or Infrastructure knowledge and/or project management experience.
