About the role…
This role will require you to:
- Market clients, living with a disability, injury or health condition to employers and succeed in a target driven environment.
- Provide great customer service
- Develop strong ongoing relationships with local employers community organisations through cold calling, marketing, relationship building and general sales concepts
- Accurately complete a variety of electronic and paper based administration
- Gain a strong understanding of the local labour market and employer needs and use this to create employment opportunities for your participants
- Use strength based, tailored caseload management skills to support and motivate participants to obtain employment or successfully up skill
- Assist participants to prepare for work by creating resumes, assisting with applications and mock interviews, working on strengths and overcoming barriers in appointments and group settings
- Meet and exceed placement and outcome targets whilst maintaining a high level of compliance
To be successful in this exciting and rewarding role you will have the following:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills which can be used to communicate with and motivate participants
- Strong administration and computer skills
- Demonstrated experience as an enthusiastic team player
- Well-developed organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands
- Ability to succeed in a target driven environment
- A current drivers' licence and the ability to travel within the local region
