Seton Villa is a Not-For-Profit, incorporated work of the Daughters of Charity of St Vincent de Paul. We operate Group Homes in the Ryde/Marsfield area.

We are seeking several experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team to empower lives by connecting people and providing support to our residents living with disabilities by providing person-centred active support.
Positions are available with shifts across a 24/7 roster, these can be long or short shifts across Morning, Evening or Night
To succeed in this role, you will:
- Possess current experience in working in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) Environment providing support to people with a disability. Prior experience in working with participants who are diagnosed with dementia and/or blindness will be treated favorably but is not essential.
- Demonstrate and Practice Person-centered Active approach in service delivery.
- Ability to use technology and software on a mobile phone and desktop to access CRM, HRIS and rostering systems.
- Respectfully and professionally communicate and engage with residents, families, carers and staff.
What you must have:
- NDIS Screening Check
- A certificate in Disability Care or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License,
- First Aid Certificate & CPR Certification
- Commitment to the mission and values of Seton Villa in the spirit of the daughters of charity
- Valid Working rights
