Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, person-centered support to individuals with disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
- Facilitate community participation and social inclusion
- Document and report on participant progress and any changes in their needs
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized support plans
- Travel to remote communities accross Northern Territory
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Disability Support or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Relevant certifications and clearances
- Have studied or willing to enroll for Yulungu studies
