THE ROLE:
- As per our client's preference, we are female seeking Support Workers to provide care and assistance to our client in Hazelbrook. Split shifts are required for our client's care.
- We require female Support Workers to assist our client to have a valued role in the community through identifying their individual needs, roles, strengths, hobbies and aspirations for now and in the future.
- To maximise our client's potential for independence and quality of life by providing a responsive and personalised service to our client's needs, desires, beliefs, aspirations and strengths.
- Duties are varied as per our client's individual support plan and may include personal care, bowel care, domestic duties, meal preparation, taking client to appointments.
ABOUT YOU:
- You will have experience in supporting people with a disability and/or complex needs
- Be positive and energetic in nature, self-driven and able to work independently
- You will be an excellent and enthusiastic team member
- Good communication skills are essential
- A confident driver

- First aid certificate

- Drivers licence and willingness to drive
