Disability Support Worker

• Experienced Disability Support Worker x2 (Casual SCHADS Award)
• Experience with mental health, behaviour's of concern and substance abuse will be an advantage.
• PT position available 

The role: 

• Casual staff required for in home support shifts. 

Monday to Saturday

Shifts are: 

AM 5am-7am   

PM 5pm-7pm 

• Experience in managing participants who require support with complex care, personal care and high physical needs. 
• Walk beside our participants to help them grow to their full potential.
• If you have a passion in supporting and empowering individuals this could be the opportunity for you. 
• You will work in Supported Disability Accommodation to support those with medical needs and personal care requirement to live in an environment that maximises personal growth and independence.  

About you: 

We are looking for Support workers to help who have industry experience, manual handling skills and the following attributes:  

• Must be available be able to work between in the AM & PM
• At least 1 year as a DSW in NDIS sector 
• Must have current CPR and First Aid and practice.
