About the role
We are looking for Support workers to help who have industry experience, manual handling skills and the following attributes:
- Experience in managing participants who require support with complex care and high physical needs.
- You will work in Supported Disability Accommodation to support those with medical needs and manual handling requirement to live in an environment that maximises personal growth and independence.
- Enable our participants to shape and improve their lives.
- They create opportunities, are champions of connecting their abilities, and inspire partnerships of support that encourage every individual to realise the full potential.
- Must be available between 9.30am -1.30pm for shifts
- At least 1 year as a DSW in NDIS sector
- Must have current CPR and First Aid and practice.

Mandatory requirement
- Certificate III in Disability, or Individual Support or equivalent
- First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, and Medication Administration training or willing to obtain.
- Current Driver’s License (mandatory).
