- We are seeking casual Disability Support Workers who have experience in supporting participants with high complex needs, that will eventually lead to permanent part time or full-time positions.

- 15+ hours per week paid employment
- Experience in complex behaviours of concerns.
- Providing complex care and support to participant with challenging behaviours and ability to comply individual Behaviour Support Plan.
- Ability to complete medical charts and records.
- Providing support around personal care, including bed bath/showering, toileting, dressing and medication administration.
- Ability to recognise and understand to individual changes.
- Domestic duties for a clean and hygienic environment and workplace. Cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Empowering and supporting individual support needs, improving daily living with level of understanding of cognitive impairment, Autism Spectrum, intellectual disability and psychosis diagnosis.
- Experience in working with youths with challenging behaviours advantage.

Mandatory requirement
- Certificate III in Individual Support Disability, Aged care or equivalent
- First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, and Medication Administration training or willing to obtain.
- Current Driver’s License
Please note that the successful applicant will be required to hold or be willing to obtain a National Disability Insurance Scheme NDIS Worker Screening check and a Working with Children Check.
