Matrix Health Solutions is excited to announce that we have the opportunity to recruit enthusiastic Disability Support Workers - Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander who are passionate in assisting participants with their goals.
The role requires companionship, supervision and guidance. We are seeking candidates who have experience in 1:1 and 2:1 support, supporting individuals with disability and are knowledgeable on positive behaviour approach.
Candidates who can demonstrate their ability to interpret behaviour support plans, will be highly regarded.
Pre-Employment Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to obtain)
- Proof of Covid-19 vaccination status
- Proof of Working rights
Job Type: Casual
Salary: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour
